Companionship, Conversation, & Activities Mobility, Stand-by Assist, Repositioning, Transfers Meal Preparation / Medication Reminders Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) Light Housekeeping Occasional Transportation - errands or appointments
