The ideal candidate will bring expertise in personal injury or medical malpractice cases, along with a proven track record in litigation. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including case strategy, research, and client advocacy. • Conduct and defend depositions effectively, ensuring thorough preparation and execution. • Draft and argue motions in court, presenting clear and persuasive arguments. • Prepare detailed motions and legal briefs that align with case objectives. • Represent clients during trials, arbitrations, and mediations, ensuring their best interests are prioritized. • Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and evaluate potential outcomes. • Maintain a strong focus on client communication and case updates throughout the litigation process. • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work. • Stay informed on relevant legal developments and precedents to strengthen case strategies.Our Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury or medical malpractice. • Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing. • Demonstrated experience with taking and defending depositions. • Proven ability to draft and argue motions effectively in court. • Strong background in trial preparation and attendance. • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage complex caseloads while meeting deadlines. • Commitment to providing exceptional advocacy and client service.
