The Red Hat EMEA Partner Ecosystem team seeks a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to manage our EMEA AWS (Amazon Web Services) partnership.
The Cloud Partner Ecosystem Success team is a force multiplier. We focus on growing and enabling a vital ecosystem of Cloud partners who utilise Red Hat technology to integrate and build cloud services for sale to end customers.
Associates in the Cloud PAM role are at the heart of our ecosystem mission. You will join a community of highly trained and experienced partner account professionals experienced in business, technical, and cloud partner selling skills.
In this role, you will develop and manage our long-term strategic relationships with Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work to help AWS and Red Hat achieve joint commercial success.
You will own or oversee: building a portfolio of collaboration opportunities with AWS, driving repeatable solutions, enabling AWS to build with, use, and sell our products, developing joint business and go-to-market plans, and helping AWS to jointly go-to-market alongside Red Hat field sales and Ecosystem partners.
What you will do:
+ Develop and manage a long-term strategic relationship with Amazon Web Services. Be the ‘face’ of Red Hat for the partner and a single entryway to the company at the EMEA level.
+ Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of collaboration opportunities with AWS.
+ Persuade the partner to commit to joint ideas by adopting Red Hat products or building them into repeatable solutions and services.
+ Facilitate partner enablement on Red Hat products and their use in joint solutions
+ Catalyse incremental Red Hat sales through go-to-market efforts and the execution of joint commercial success
What you will bring:
+ Proven Hyperscaler Cloud Partner sales management experience (preferably with AWS)
+ Ability to grow Cloud ecosystems in a multi-product company
+ Experience ensuring results through Cloud business partners and the ability to inspire partner executive trust at Red Hat
+ Demonstrated experience in driving technology sales and solution adoption with Cloud providers
+ Strength in conflict management and proven ability to work well in a heavily matrixed environment
+ Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to translate partner business needs into joint solutions and successfully manage those initiatives.
+ Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region.
+ Excellent communication skills in English
