Responsibilities The Opportunity: The primary purpose of this role is to lead and accelerate the digital transformation of PepsiCo’s commercial channel operations across the CARICAM region, driving the deployment, sustained adoption, and value realization of the Mi Negocio (PepsiConnect) B2B ecosystem. This role plays a mission-critical function within the broader LATAM, Global, DX and Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation strategy. As the Digital Leader Deployment Manager, the incumbent will own the end-to-end implementation and planning of digital commerce capabilities—initially launching in the Dominican Republic and expanding into Guatemala and other high-opportunity markets. The Digital Leader role is critical, as the Mi Negocio platform is expected to reach approximately 29,700 clients in the Dominican Republic—representing 75% of the active customer base—and deliver a +3.8% uplift over AOP Net Revenue through 80% digital adoption and a 75% fully digital POS conversion rate. The role is accountable for scaling these outcomes across CARICAM markets, which collectively represent over US$1.2MM in projected BB annual Net Revenue by 2026. Expansion to Guatemala aims to onboard 23,000 digitalized clients, with an expected +2.5% uplift in Van Sales performance. Your Impact: As B2B Manager your scope would consist of: Lead the end-to-end deployment of PepsiConnect across CARICAM, ensuring the successful adoption of digital ordering, loyalty, and customer engagement modules tailored to each market. Drive digital adoption and revenue growth, activating features like gamification, targeted offers, and perfect store tasks to enhance customer engagement and uplift sales. Translate the global digital roadmap into local strategies, acting as the main interface with the LATAM Sales Effectiveness & Digital team and ensuring alignment with regional priorities. Embed digital tools into sales routines and frontline models, tracking KPIs such as adoption, digital revenue, and productivity, while coaching field and channel teams on their effective use. Ensure cross-functional and bottler alignment, collaborating with GTM, IT, Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal, and Franchise partners to build sustainable and scalable operations. Continuously optimize platform performance, incorporating user feedback and analytics to improve deployment strategy, support customer experience, and drive AOP-linked productivity initiatives. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Educacion Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience 5+ years in commercial roles with experience in digital transformation or tech-enabled sales initiatives Strong understanding of B2B platforms and digital ordering ecosystems. Project management and cross-functional coordination experience. Experience working in Franchise environments is a plus. Skills Fluent English proficiency (Intermediate to advanced) Softwares Data-driven with proficiency in digital analytics tools (Power BI, Salesforce, etc.).
