**Status:** Full-Time - Flexible Schedule
(Shifts Available - Day, Evening, Weekend)
**Primary Purpose:**
The primary purpose of the Banquet Associate is to provide guests with an excellent banquet experience.
**Work Performed:**
The Banquet Associate will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Set up/ breakdownbanquet meeting space per Banquet Event Order instructions, including tables, table complements (salt, pepper, sugar, breadsticks, etc.),table linens, table settings,center pieces, dishes,audio-visual equipment, and all otherevent provisions;
+ Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of banquet spaces, before, during and afterevents;
+ Maintain communication with the guest contact person for guest needsand provide excellent customer service to allguests;
+ Serve all food and beverages to guests per companystandards;
+ Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling andsanitation;
+ Manageaudio-visual equipmentduringevents;
+ Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management;and
+ Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
**Qualifications:**
**Preferred Prior Experience:**
6 months serving experience for medium to large groups
**Preferred Education:**
High School diploma or equivalent
**Required Licenses/ Certification:**
Food Safety certificate or complete training during initial 90 days.
Alcohol certification or complete training during initial 90 days.
**Physical:**
Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend and squat repeatedly Ability to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
**Other:**
Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

**Trabajo Realizado:**
+ Montar y desmontar el espacio para banquetes según las instrucciones de la Orden de Evento, incluyendo mesas, complementos (sal, pimienta, azúcar, palitos de pan, etc.), mantelería, arreglos de mesa, centros de mesa, platos, equipo audiovisual y demás provisiones para el evento;
+ Supervisar y mantener la limpieza, el saneamiento y la organización de los espacios para banquetes, antes, durante y después de los eventos;
+ Mantener la comunicación con la persona de contacto para atender las necesidades de los invitados y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a todos los invitados;
+ Servir todos los alimentos y bebidas a los invitados según los estándares de la empresa;
+ Observar las directrices del Departamento de Salud sobre manipulación y saneamiento de alimentos;
+ Administrar el equipo audiovisual durante los eventos;
+ Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa, incluyendo la notificación de accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras a la gerencia; y
+ Cualquier otro trabajo necesario para cumplir con el propósito principal del puesto.
**Experiencia previa preferida** :
6 meses de experiencia en servicio para grupos medianos y grandes.
**Licencias/Certificaciones requeridas:**
