Made Possible.** The Benefits Manager, Operations reports to the Global Benefits Director and manages the day-to-day operations and administration of the Plans (401(k), pension, health & welfare), implements and coordinates strategic initiatives, and assists with vendor management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide day-to-day oversight of and guidance to team for administration of the Plans. Ensure accuracy with Plan provisions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Proactively work with the Director to address operational issues. + Participate actively with the Director in strategic business planning processes and assist with implementing short- and long-term operational goals and objectives. + Maintain a thorough and detailed understanding of all plan provision and requirements. Ensure all plan and policy changes are implemented and communicated to the benefits administration leads, partners, vendors and carriers, as needed. + Monitor service levels for carriers, vendors and administration partners to ensure efficient and effective operations and prompt, accurate service to employees. Partner with the Director to address performance issues as needed. + Review systems, processes, policies, procedures and documents for the Plans, make recommendations and lead initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and service delivery. Create and evaluate benefit processes and workflows. + Provide tactical direction and test benefits systems, including within HRIS and Payroll. + Project manager for program initiatives, including but not limited to Non-Discrimination testing, external and internal audits, ACA reporting, and Annual Enrollment. + Develop and foster positive working relationships with functional teams (e.g., HR partners, Payroll, Legal, HRIS, Labor, IT, Accounting, Treasury and others). **Requirements:** The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: + Minimum 7-10 years of experience in benefits administration/operations (pension, 401(k) and health & welfare) in a large, complex organization. + Advanced in subject matter, has an expert level of knowledge in the implementation and administration of 401(k), pension, and health & welfare benefit programs, technology and best practices. Experience with PSW, SAP Payroll and Success Factors a plus. + Excellent data analytics skills. + Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to optimize the use of all available resources and deliver on multiple priorities. + Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. + Strong business acumen. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with staff, at all levels of the organization, as well as outside professionals and service providers. + Flexible, team player that can lead effectively as well as provide support to others. **\#LI-Hybrid** **Pay Range:** **$104,850.00** - **$139,800.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
