Description We are looking for a team of skilled Bilingual Case Managers to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will bring your expertise in case management to provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires fluency in Spanish to communicate with a diverse range of individuals. Responsibilities: • Manage client cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. • Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and insurance providers to coordinate care and claims. • Utilize EHR and CRM systems to track case progress and maintain detailed records. • Provide clear communication and translation services for Spanish-speaking clients. • Analyze claims and benefits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. • Facilitate treatment plans and follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution of client needs. • Conduct assessments to identify client requirements and recommend appropriate resources. • Support personal injury and workers' compensation cases with detailed case management expertise. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all client interactions. Requirements • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven experience in case management, preferably in personal injury law, healthcare claims, or workers' compensation. • Familiarity with EHR systems, CRM platforms, and other case management tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Background in handling bodily injury claims, medical treatment coordination, or similar fields. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Knowledge of benefit functions, claims processes, and relevant legal regulations. • Experience in providing support to Spanish-speaking clients through interpretation and translation.
