Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient billing operations while supporting data management tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative office environment and contribute to a growing organization. Responsibilities: • Reconcile delivery records to ensure accurate invoicing and data tracking. • Maintain and update databases using tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel. • Perform data entry tasks with precision, utilizing 10-key typing skills. • Create and analyze spreadsheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, for billing purposes. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely billing processes. • Organize and manage billing records to maintain a high level of accuracy. • Support the office environment by completing administrative tasks as needed. • Regularly monitor billing discrepancies and take corrective actions when necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in billing or related administrative roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. • Strong data entry skills, with a 10-key typing speed of at least 7,200 keystrokes per hour. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a general office setting and remain seated for extended periods. • Self-motivated and dependable with strong time management abilities. • Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus.
