The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the branch's business growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role involves expanding the sales pipeline, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing various operational aspects to ensure compliance with company standards. Additionally, the Branch Manager guides and develops staff, focusing on continuous improvement and market expansion.

+ Drive growth and profitability of the branch by expanding the sales pipeline and maintaining strong relationships with existing businesses.
+ Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging proactively in sales calls and collaborating with the sales team to assess and advance opportunities.
+ Oversee operations, administration, service, sales and marketing, accounting/financial, and asset utilization to ensure operational efficiency.
+ Manage P&L, monitor operational performance, and drive continuous improvement while focusing on profitable growth, productivity, quality, and cost.
+ Focus on industry and business trends in the market and competition to identify opportunities for market expansion.
+ Guide, train, and develop staff while fostering a productive work environment and ensuring company standards and guidelines are met.
+ Maintain significant customer contact and champion the KN Customer and Employee Experience (KNX).
**What we would like you to bring**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
+ 7+ years of domestic/international freight forwarding experience with hands-on sales, operations, and/or financial management experience. 2-5 years of management/leadership experience.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to achieve results through people management in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to travel (minimum 25%) and a valid driver's license.
