This position works out of our Mexico City corporate offices in the nutritional division.

As Brand Manager, you’ll have the chance to leads and directs all marketing activities for the assigned brand or business including P&L responsibility, to achieve volume, organic growth, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities. Leads the implementation of the omni-channel (i.e., integrating traditional, digital, ecommerce and CRM channels to deliver a unified customer experience) marketing strategy and tactics and provide appropriate support to affiliates to assure the commercial success of assigned Abbott Nutrition Brands.

What You’ll Do

Primary Job Function

This role is for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand consistency, and cross-functional collaboration; play a key role in executing brand strategies, managing campaigns (consumer and HCPs), and ensuring alignment across all touchpoints/ areas.

Responsible of executing and leading multiple projects for the brand (Implementation, analysis, tracking and improvement of brand projects to exceed targets) Execution of marketing plan with HCPs & Consumer marketing vehicles. Responsible of A&P (brands budget) tracking and correct/on time spending. Tracking of main brand KPIs to review performance (market share, sales, market growth, iDOH, etc)

Core Job Responsibilities

Brand Associate supports Ensure portfolio day by day work and projects.Responsible of executing & coordinating key projects: Ex. Promotions, Tactical campaigns, HCP events, HCP support materials, loyalty program, implementation of regional campaigns.Implementation, analysis, tracking and improvement of brand projects to exceed targets.Responsible of A&P (brands budget) tracking, execution and correct/on time spending.Track progress and KPI’s of in market executions.Executes all day by day brand administrative support like:Tender biddings with suppliersPurchase ordersInvoice control & tracking vs A&PContracts follow-upProduct and materials remisionsHCP PO´s & payment tackingHCP Support materials strategy and execution (printed material and gimmick selection, purchase and send to demand generation team)Tracking material approvals in internal system and other platformsCME Stands visibility and communication journeyHCP congress brand activationsCoordinates monthly shipments to SF of samples, printed and virtual material.Support in the registration process of new providers.Generates Reports analyzing brand performance, category and competitors growth and sell in & sell out data.Coordinates HCP recruitment and management for CME events with Medical Sales.Executes and tracks communication campaigns: TV and digital media implementation, designs development and advertising/media follow up among others.Executes HCP materials and special activations. Coordinates, tracks and improves in-market execution with sales force.Prepares monthly provisions report to be sent to Finance.

Required Qualifications

College (graduated) in Marketing or related field (Ex. Administration)Minimum 2-3 years as Marketing Coordinator / Brand Assistant

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in FMCG and/ or consumer companies.Agencies management.Team work: Working well with others & multifunctional areasAnalytical thinking / Excel proven ability (very important)P&L and financial acumenManaging multiple projects at the same time
