Our Retail Team is currently seeking a full-time researcher to support us and our clients by providing expertise and unique market insights regarding retail-related topics through conducting research, market analysis and developing cutting-edge analytical tools and market intelligence.



What You'll Do

As a full-time Retail Business Analyst in our Retail Team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert insights and market intelligence in the Retail sector. You will be responsible for customized analysis, as well as collecting, validating, analyzing, and generating reporting on benchmark data from clients.

 

Job responsibilities span both cooperation with consulting teams as well as topic/sector knowledge creation and segmentation.

 

• Scoping knowledge needs of consulting teams & liaising with colleagues to address them
• Researching customized knowledge for client work
• Creating and delivering original and rigorous analysis
• Driving knowledge base development and collecting insights on retail/consumer/CPG/e-commerce market
• Carrying benchmarking surveys, building and maintaining proprietary databases & data models on retail/consumer/e-commerce
• Tracking innovations appearing on retail/consumer/e-commerce market
• Providing analytical support to the project teams
• Running quantitative and qualitative analysis on retail topics
• Actively engaging in the projects and jointly with consultants identifying best practices and key success factors



What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student preferably in Economics, Management, Econometrics, Marketing) with strong academic achievements and interest in retail
• At least 1 year of business oriented experience in retail/consumer/e-commerce/marketing sector (including internships, also from consulting/research roles)
• Advanced Excel skills (modelling and other analytical tools such as Alteryx, VBA, Tableau would be a high advantage, but are not mandatory)
• Proven analytical skills, experience in market research
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
• Organization and prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Polish and English
