BIM Business Analyst – Design Technology Services - Digital Practice Team
The Digital Practice Pune group’s Design Technology Solutions and Services team is looking for a Business Analyst who has experience with understanding and identifying business problems, analyzing business requirements, and experience with producing system performance reports and dashboards. They will be authoring technical documentation to include but not limited to technical standards & specifications, system procedures & workflows, and user acceptance testing scripts.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the business and our delivery partners and will translate business requirements into structured methods and specifications, whilst ensuring alignment across major delivery partners.
Must have skills that you are looking for are –
1. Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Systems & Information Management Specialist or equivalent, with experience of authoring technical material, process mapping and BIM implementation and who possesses excellent stakeholder management skills.
2. Knowledge about various levels of BIM and particularly level 2 BIM knowledge in detail
3. BIM Standards and Process overview
4. Common Data Environment in the context of Document Management System (keeping business analysis context)
5. Project Lifecycle of Engineering Projects.
6. Commercial awareness about engineering projects
7. Overview of user stories/test cases from Product Owner perspectives
8. Stakeholder management
9. Good written and spoken English
Tasks that this candidate will perform are –
1. Define/Review BIM Standards
2. Work with Digital Delivery Leads and other leaders for efficient delivery
3. Govern the BIM Process
4. Create and Manage Process workflow
5. Create Tasks information plan and finalize the templates
6. Write User Stories – KANBAN
7. Manage internal and external stakeholders
8. Provide the definitions for the BIM framework
9. Support on the Digital Information Management program
Education and Experience:
1. Graduate with Business development/Business Analyst with minimum 5 years of experience
2. Engineering Degree (good to have)
3. Knowledge or certification in Agile methodologies is a plus
