As a Business Manager within the Design and Customer Experience team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and managing strategic communications. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying and mitigating business risks to support organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Engage and align to the needs of the Central Design organization.Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product delivery and execution.Conduct regular audits and assessments of project deliverables to verify compliance with established quality controls.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to quality testing and controls.Analyze data from quality testing to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management.Contribute to ad-hoc projects and deliverables by providing strategic insights, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.Drive process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum of three years of business management experience.Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable handling multiple high-impact projects.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) required.Advanced organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with an ability to work independently.Intermediate to advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of Product development lifecycle at scale.Experience or familiarity with Atlassian / JIRA software tools.
