How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsibilities:
Analyze data trends and provide insights relative to main KPIs of Charge Portfolio such as: Billings, AIF, Attrition, Average Spend, Net Promoter Score (NPS), & Rewards Engagement, to boost revenues growth. Accountable for tracking management actions for Charge Portfolio & Budget control. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence without authority to direct a large diverse team. Elaborate CBAs for product refreshes and determine financial impacts for new benefits implementation to grow margins. Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with Senior leaders. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to many different groups. Successfully manage partner and stakeholder relationships. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within AXP. Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively and adapt to changing priorities to meet the needs of your team in addition to responding to business requirements.Academic Background:
An advanced degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, etc.).Functional Skills/Capabilities:
Prior experience on customer data. Experienced knowledge and ability to inform business strategy based on statistical findings. Working knowledge of advance machine learning techniques and algorithms derived from gradient boosting, neural networks, regression etc to propose scientific, data driven solutions to business challenges.Technical Skills/Capabilities:
Microsoft Office advance. Hive, Python, LUMI, SQL, Advanced Statistical Techniques, Data Mining Techniques applied on Amex customer closed loop data Cornerstone/LUMI and modeling/trigger applications.Behavioral Skills/Capabilities:
