Job Overview:
Responsible for independently designing and building reports that lead to increased efficiencies in delivery of care as well as improvements in the quality of the care we deliver.

AS DegreeKnowledge of various computer software packages essentialPreferred:
Bachelors degree in healthcare, Computer Sciences, or Business from an accredited 4 year university.Prior experience with visual basic and other SAS platformsPrior experience in writing business and IT specificationsProficient in performing data analysis, querying data bases, and utilizing SQL query toolsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, pivot charts, pivot formulas, Power Pivots, and Power QueriesA thorough understanding of best practices for efficiently working with very large data sets in ExcelIntermediate understanding of Tableau or other BI reporting softwareCertifications and Licenses Required:

Lead users in defining existing or new processes and recommending solutions and improvements in data management and visual displayServe as an accessible liaison between users needs and the Strategic Improvement DepartmentGather and document requirements and business processes as they pertain to report development, interfaces, and dataResponsible for maintaining newly created reports and provide troubleshooting and modificationsResponsible for overseeing, maintaining, and modifying any reports distributed to CSH key stakeholdersIndependently develop project work plansIndependently document workflow processesCreate end user training material and operational documentation and train end users when appropriateConduct analysis of alternatives, recommendations, and data mappingBenefits and Perks:
