Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a Contracts and Procurement Professional to work in their facilities located in Mozambique. 

Contract Duration: 12 months renewable
Schedule of the assignment: Residential role to work there 5 days per week

The Job holder participates to the operations and processes of Contracts & Procurement entity by performing the following tasks: Processes/ Procedures/ Contract Committee Organize, update and assist in implementing referential procedures and the Company Rules relating to procurement activities Ensure consistency of C&P referential and its respect by users by communicate changes to C&P and Project´s entities Support C&P entity providing the latest documents Organize the contracts committees’ sessions Ensure the compliance trainings for C&P team and technical entities Continue the implementation and the development of the MPP Monitor MPP weekly consolidation and reporting in liaison with C&P Managers To carry out Monthly internal control to increase the efficiency of C&P entity Create and update on a regularly basis the MPP procedures and guidelines for users to maintain a durable level of use Consolidate (MPP, KPIs, CPIs, activity reports,…) and publish C&P reports on weekly/monthly/yearly bases
Audit/SOX: Coordinate the request of auditors with C&P and any relevant stakeholders Monitor status of each request Perform ad-hoc audit of the C&P process and activities Propose corrective actions
