THE JOB
C3 Presents is looking for an HR Coordinator who will deliver superior human resources services within a dynamic and unique organization. The Human Resources
Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. This includes recruitment, intern program, onboarding, payroll, HRIS/Workday processes, employee
engagement, and daily support the HR team and C3 staff.
The right candidate must possess strong initiative and a “can do” attitude, be a great communicator and collaborator, and able to work on multiple projects in a deadline driven, ever-changing environment. This position is highly visible and interacts with all employees within our company.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Provide exceptional levels of customer service to employees, managers, business unit leaders, and executivesAssist with questions and problems courteously and promptlySupport the HR team with the hiring process, including job descriptions, creation of job requisitions, postings, and screeningWork closely with the HR Team to facilitate, improve, and coordinate an exceptional on-boarding processAssist team with program rollouts and trainings (i.e. performance review process, goal setting, employee recognition, career development, etc.)Support the HR team with job fairs, orientation, training, etc.Assist the HR team with employment engagement eventsKeeps management appropriately informed of activities and of any significant problemsPerforms miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assignedMaintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters, data, and documentsPrepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documentsWork with hiring Directors and Managers to define internship job specifications, post positions, screen candidates and coordinate interviews and own the internship recruiting function from start to finish, working with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.Establish professional contacts at universities and colleges & create a pipeline of networking opportunities to determine the best way to source candidates. Visit college campuses and job fairs to represent C3 Presents/Live Nation to recruit for positions and internships year-round.Ensure intern engagement and enthusiasm is kept high during each semester with meetups, socials and an end- of-the-semester intern live eventAssist Festival Payroll Manager with temporary festival workers onboarding tasks, paperwork processing & payroll reports as needed with emphasis during the peak festival seasonEnsure HR documents and communications for employees are kept current in the office and on shared drivesKeep up to date on current issues and matters related to HREnsure that company procedures are consistent and local legal requirements are metPerforms other related duties and projects as required and assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
