**Nauset Disposal** is looking for a **Call Center Representative** to join our team for the in **South Yarmouth, MA.** This is a full time year round position with benefits. **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. **Pay Rate:** $25.00 per hour JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Serve as point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing) + Respond to customer and resident inquiries via phone or email for questions related to waste and recycling services, including scheduling and pick up + Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer. + Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls + Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints. + Coordinate drivers according to customer requests JOB REQUIREMENTS: + 1 year of customer service/office admin experience + Excellent time management and prioritization skills + Strong written and oral communication skills + Critical and logical thinking skills **Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
