Candidate Care Representative – Part-Time Contract (Hybrid)
Location: Decatur, IL | 25–29 hours/week

Are you passionate about helping people, driven by detail, and energized by a fast-paced environment? ADM’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a part-time Candidate Care Representative. You'll help bring ADM's mission to life by ensuring every candidate and hiring partner experiences efficiency, professionalism, and care throughout the recruitment process.
This is a contractor position engaged through a third-party payroll vendor, not a direct hire or benefits-eligible role with ADM.
