Cash Applications Process Associate
Short Description

As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of Finance & Accounting to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and deliver a high quality and cost-effective service. You will be proactive in ensuring the delivery of a customer focused service to client.

Qualifications Minimum B2 level of English and Italian; High level of Customer Service skills, Client-focused attitude; Good analytical and communication skills; Ability of prioritizing and organizing own work in order to deliver within agreed timelines; Able to work in a dynamic environment, with people from diverse culture; Job Responsibilities Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask them about their overdue payments; Investigating and resolving unapplied payments; Updating account status records and collection efforts; Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status; Collecting relevant information and following up on other parties to complete the dispute resolution; Ensuring that operations are run according to engagement’s financials / budget (cost control, review financial data, budgets / forecast, ensure proper billing / invoicing based on contract etc.); Displaying ability to proposes improvements to optimize and increase efficiency and effectiveness within the delivery.
