Overview Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and hospitality? The Stateview Hotel a part of the Marriott Autograph Collection is looking for a talented Catering Sales Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. If you are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding events and providing top-notch service, we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals for the catering department. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive business growth. Create customized event proposals and collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met. Monitor and evaluate trends within your market segment. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented manner. Qualifications Hotel sales experience is highly preferred. Must possess exceptional customer service and a high sense of urgency. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Can do, problem solver personality. Friendly disposition with a passion for hospitality. Team player who strives to support others and likes to win as a team.
