Sales Generation
Meet and exceed shop-in-shop sales plans through effective application of Michael Kors’ selling strategies and customer service techniquesTrack best and worst sellers in order to increase full price salesIdentify and communicate product and inventory needs in a timely mannerVisual Merchandising
Implement and maintain all brand standards as directed in the Visual Merchandising guidelineCustomer Service
Engage every customer within the shop-in-shop by utilizing Michael Kors’ Jet-Set selling strategies and customer service techniquesDrive sales through utilizing a clientele book and developing a personal client databaseResolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectivelyEnsure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image, and adhered to at all timesOperations
Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed in a timely mannerWork with retail partner to ensure all visual graphics are currentWork with retail partner to confirm deliveries are properly processed and on the selling floor in a timely mannerThe responsibilities of this role are included in 4 areas :
