CDL Driver – Residential Route
Location: Monroe, LA
Pay: $21/hour starting + steady overtime + benefits

We’re hiring a CDL Driver to run residential garbage routes right here in Monroe. You’ll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with occasional SaturdaysStart early at 4:30 a.m., done when the route is doneAround 45–50 hours a week10–12 hour days — and plenty of overtime available year-round

 Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Need:

A valid Class A or B CDLAt least 1 year of experience driving with your CDLA focus on safety, reliability, and good customer serviceA team-first attitude and pride in a job well done
