As a CE Technician II at Hillcrest Hospital, your work as a caregiver starts in our Clinical Engineering Department, where you participate in equipment planning, research, support and various projects. Using your training and skills, you will install, maintain and repair essential medical instruments and tools within the facility. All these efforts as vital to our ability to continue providing world-class care. **A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00AM - 3:30PM, with on-call requirements.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide routine and as needed clinical engineering services (repair, maintenance, relocation, installation, etc.) for equipment. + Maintain documentation of equipment, inventory, service and repairs. + Collaborate with information technology caregivers to integrate medical equipment systems with information systems applications. + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
