Under the supervision of the Residential Services Manager, this position assists in the development and implementation of individual program plans; serves as an advocate and role model for all residential clients, plans and supervises client activities; ensures medication administration is completed accurately and per regulations and policies; assists clients with community integration; documents observations and results of all interventions; upholds client rights including confidentiality and maintenance of the residences. Employee is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
PRN position. Shifts vary, but will be 7A-3P or 3P-11P.

Completion of a state approved Medication Aide CourseHS Diploma or equivalentExperience working with persons with mental illness, ability to teach, train and model the skills necessary for clients to pursue more independent livingValid IA drivers license and proof of insuranceAbility to obtain Class D drivers license within first 30 days of employmentAbility to administer and document medication administration accuratelyWork Shift
