Responsibilities:

1. Lead Change Management Process:

Continuously working to improve change management proceduresLead plant change implementation board meetingsDevelop and maintain monitoring process including KPI’sEnsure change are implemented according to the process

2. Manage Change Management tools:

Issue Change Implementation (CI) document in 1PLMVerify correctness of inputs from the team (customer approvals, traceability, etc.)Verify inputs in Redmine systemSupport Change Owner in issuing Change Request (CR) in 1PLM for Plant driven changes

3. Share Change Management Culture:

Organize internal onboarding trainingsOrganize internal refreshment training

Expectations:

Ability to interact and network effectively with various personality types.Strong communication skills—written and verbal.Familiarity and ease with office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of organization’s current technologies and practices and understanding of strategic direction.Ongoing knowledge to compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), organization and customer requirements.Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.Ability to operate within globally distributed teams with a collaborative, intercultural mindset.Strong organizational and planning skills.Strategic thinking, leadership skills, ability to execute on strategy or plan.Advanced experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, including project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
