The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Chef de Partie – Pastry who will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the pastry kitchen at the third-party restaurant which Park Hyatt Seoul operates. This position supports the Pastry Chef in managing the pastry kitchen and preparing high-quality bakery products.

This position is ranked from as Team Leader, and will report to the Pastry Chef.

Minimum 4 years work experience in Pastry Kitchen in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants.Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.Minimum 4 years work experience in Pastry Kitchen in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
