Key Responsibilities
Classify, test (i.e. oxidation or pH) and determine chemical groups collected through our household hazardous and industrial waste collection programsBulk inorganic and organic materials for shipmentSort and bulk pesticides for shipmentConduct inventory counts, label and prepare containers for shipmentWork safely at all times by adhering to company policies, rules and procedures regarding health and safetyPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, Competencies
Successful completion of a University or College program with a focus on Chemistry or equivalent industry experiencePrevious experience working in an industrial setting is preferredValid G class Driver’s license is an assetPrevious forklift experience is also considered an asset but is not required#GFLTalent
