Assist in developing and executing partnership strategies that align with organizational goals and drive lead generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and identify customer needs, ensuring that partnership initiatives are data-driven and impactful.
Support the creation and maintenance of partnership messaging and collateral that effectively communicates our value propositions.
Plan and execute sales events/ seminars sessions for the Partnership team, ensuring all logistics are managed to create impactful experiences that foster partner relationships.
Liaise with external partners and vendors to facilitate seamless execution of partnership campaign, activities and seminars. Track and report on performance metrics.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to partnership initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Foster deep collaborations with strategic partners to enhance the customer lifecycle and provide exceptional customer experiences through campaigns and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, digital marketing or related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in partnership and event support or related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Understanding of distribution channels (including agent, broker, partnership, and direct sales) and customer segmentation strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights for partnership strategies. Familiar with Salesforce management, Google Analytics etc.
Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Less experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Officer.
