Job Description
Join a well-established Land Planning, Land Surveying, and Site Engineering firm as a highly motivated Civil Engineer. Work on diverse projects ranging from single-family developments to commercial complexes and municipal projects. Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and environmentalists to provide stormwater management and site designs.
ResponsibilitiesDesign site projects including drainage and septic systems.Manage site grading and prepare municipal applications.Create road and storm sewer designs.Collaborate on river backwater modeling and floodplain site design.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited engineering school.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.0-3+ years of experience in civil engineering.EIT certification preferred; P.E. License is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Civil 3D and HydroCAD is beneficial.Energy and passion for engineering.Strong communication skills.Work Environment
Enjoy a flexible work schedule with options for a 4-day work week or a half-day Friday. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The firm encourages field work, with site inspections once a week. The team is collaborative, with a casual/business casual dress code. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
