Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to assist with the installation and testing of LAN systems and Cisco Routers. In this role, you will also contribute to the setup of cyber security protocols and firewalls. This position offers a unique opportunity for quick work within a 1.5-2 month project, covering all expenses for food, lodging, and travel during this timeframe.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation and testing of LAN systems.Participate in the installation and testing of Cisco Routers.Set up cyber security protocols and firewalls.Collaborate with a Lead Network Engineer to establish new networks at various military installations.Essential Skills3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.Active secret clearance.Proficiency in LAN, WAN, Cisco Routers, Switches, and Cyber security.Ability to travel as needed to various sites for weeks at a time.Work Environment
The role is on-site at various military installations, including locations such as Ft Bragg and High Point, NC. This position involves hands-on work, following direction from a Lead Network Engineer to assist in setting up new networks for the bases. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
