Tariffs Clerk Needed in Airport Area

Pay: $14/hr Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM Bilingual Weekly Pay  Health Benefits 

 

Coordinates freight movement of materials/finished good domestically and internationally. Prepares required documentation and ensures compliance of domestic and international regulations and related shipments. Process special shipments assuring timely delivery, correct documentation and tracking of domestic and international ship. Creates domestic and international invoices for shipments. Monitors transportation providers to assure deliver on a timely matter. Interacts with freight forwarder, customs brokers, and domestic carrier representatives. Generate and interpret traffic/transportation reports as needed. Perform other duties as assigned Able to work any shift Must be able to work overtime based on business needs Work on special projects or assignments as needed. Analyze and communicate internally allocated bonded material. Verify and work with material planners on proformas Bilingual: English/Spanish. High School Diploma/GED Ability to lift 30 + lbs. Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions. Computer Knowledge with Microsoft Office (outlook, Excel, Word, etc) Ability to perform required functions with a minimum of direct supervision in task of routine SAP knowledge preferred Strong Verbal and written communication Apply Now
