As a Loan Servicing Specialist IV within the Client Onboarding and Service, you will handle inbound calls from internal clients, providing high-quality service with a focus on one-call resolution. You will analyze transactions and loan documents, maintain product knowledge, and support client service requests. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from internal clients, ensuring one-call resolution.Analyze and interpret transactions, statements, and loan documents.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.Work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Multitask various duties, ensuring timely task delivery.Provide client service support on payment and draw requests.Research accounts and complete servicing forms for client requests.Demonstrate teamwork by maintaining a professional and supportive attitude.Assist in resolving complex process queries and client complaints.Understand US banking and regulatory requirements for data security.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Five years of contact center or loan servicing experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Self-driven and eager to learn.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to use multiple applications and instant messenger simultaneously.Controls and innovation mindset.Ability to adapt to changes and handle KPIs and team metrics.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
