Clinical Assistant

The Clinical Coordinator within the PMO department is expected to provide support to the Clinical Project Managers in their day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure successful study management, including study monitoring, and to deliver BLS solutions to clients, partners, and alliances. This role offers opportunities for growth in Data Management and Project Management.

ResponsibilitiesAssist Clinical Project Managers with administrative tasks for study management.Ensure successful study monitoring and delivery of BLS solutions.Support data management and project management initiatives.Engage in effective problem-solving conversations and prioritize work demands.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in science or related field.1-2 years’ experience in a regulated industry environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize work, customers, internal and external demands.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Additional Skills & Qualifications4-year degree preferred.Demonstrated ability to engage in effective problem-solving conversations.High level of initiative and ability to work independently.Work Environment

This is a hybrid-based position requiring office presence on Tuesday and Thursday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
