Description
Using the Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance and applies the nursing process to plan and manage the care of routine patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning.
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicates fundamental patient/family information to health care team.
Identifies and communicates variances from patient goals. Responsible for providing and coordinating interdisciplinary patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
What you will need:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; basic professional nursing degree
Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification (American Heart Association); additional Life Support training as applicable to unit requirements.
2 years of experience in an acute care setting
Pay Range: $37.18 - 55.77
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
