All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Monday-Friday Open availability 7-6pm **Location:** 2005 Mizell Ave Ste 1600 Winter Park 32792 **The role you’ll contribute:** The Clinical Supervisor, under the direction of the Practice Manager, manages all clinical areas of the practice. Departments supervised may include, but are not limited to nursing, laboratory, EKG, as outlined within specific clinic setting. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care, including, ordering of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, quality assurance, JCAHO, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and ongoing training of staff. Also, responsible for training and development of assigned personnel, oversight and day-to-day management of weekly clinical schedule, provide assistance and support for hiring, firing, discipline, and staff evaluations.
