We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **CNC Operator** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring high-quality production standards. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to precision and efficiency in our production processes.
**Job Title:** **CNC Operator**
**Location: Lancaster and surrounding areas**
**Pay Range:** 20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) according to specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
+ Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools.
+ Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
+ 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery.
+ Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
+ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus.
