Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Vertical Mill Machinists / CNC Bridge Mill Machinists for projects located in the Green Bay, WI area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $35/hour based on experience plus $100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Confirm vise alignment to the machine Review small basic weldment and setup sheetsProblem-solve any concerns during setupUnderstand and assist with basic programmingWork with the team to address programming or operational concernsRun right angle head programsOperate all vertical machinesSet up, operate, and maintain CNC equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on CNC equipmentInterpret and work from complex drawings and blueprintsIdentify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document themNotify supervisors of nonconforming workMaintain accurate logs of job times and specifications for audit reportsMaintain a clean workspace and equipmentFollow established safety procedures Requirements 4 years of machining experience3 years of experience with Haas controls3 years of experience with Fanuc Bridge Mill controlsProficient with precision measuring tools such as Go/No-Go gauges, calipers, inside micrometers, and probesExperience with virtual Gibbs and G-code programmingAbility to machine large and complex weldments Company DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
