WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication and Engagement Intern to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to create meaningful and engaging communication across various platforms, including written emails, SharePoint content, Teams messages, leaflets, promotional materials, and summaries of actions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will utilize storytelling techniques to deliver clear and impactful messages.
A student of a 3rd, 4th, or 5th year or a university graduate (up to 6 months after graduation)
Proficient English Speaker
Strong storytelling and communication skills
Previous experience in a communication or engagement role
Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to summarize meetings and events effectively
High sensitivity and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva
Experience in video creation and editing
Agility, flexibility, and creativity in handling tasks
