Respite/CCS MA Clinician to work in Framingham MA. Will provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to individuals utilizing the Respite/Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Program; provides clinical oversight of work performed at the respite program, including participation in an on-call rotation; works with clients in a collaborative manner to develop assessments, Individual Action Plans (IAP), crisis plans, relapse plans, and other items needed to support their stay at the program; provides transportation to appointments; provides psychiatric and substance abuse evaluations of individuals at the respite site; develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of managed care and health insurance systems; provides information on treatment and referral services; attends and actively participates in supervision, staff, team, and family meetings; attends trainings as assigned and maintains necessary certifications (CPR, First Aid, SOLVE, MAP); demonstrates working knowledge of current version of the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders; have a valid drivers’ license and access to an operational and insured vehicle to transport clients; maintain eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA).
Minimum Education Required Master's Degree QualificationsRequires: Masters’ degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology or related field, and 2 years’ relevant experience.
