We are looking for a talented Community Concierge and Social Media Ambassador to join our team!
Waterton is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Community Concierge and Social Media Ambassador! As the Concierge you will be the lead for social media and digital experience for the community and display consistent involvement in social media and marketing efforts. You will also act as the Community Concierge, establishing and maintaining good relations with residents, prospective residents, all customers and co-workers. In the role of Concierge, you will plan and execute all resident activities (multiple per week). Activities and engagement opportunities must drive a sense of community for the residents of the property and add value to their residency. Communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Impact and Job Responsibilities:
Follow/Post to social pages (Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile) at least 10x per week through the JTurner dashboard or through social media apps. Ensure each site is hitting all social and reputation benchmarks (i.e. minimum 4.0 google rating). Encourage residents, tours, prospects (and other team members) to follow us on social media. Attend social and reputation management workshops hosted by the Marketing Team. Jump into Instagram Stories and Reels to show your followers some of the onsite happenings. Ensure at least two weekly resident events are planned and promoted to residents, working in tandem with the GM and Tower Managers, and photos from the event are posted to social. Use resident activities to drive positive reviews of the community on Google and other platforms. Provide community information and outstanding customer service to residents, in person, via phone, and via email. Follow up with residents following satisfaction surveys to promote further resident satisfaction. Compliance: You will adhere to all local and state laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing. You will comply with all applicable ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and Section 504 (FHAA) regulations.What you'll bring- Desired Skills and Experience:
You’ve “been there, done that”. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one (1) year of social media background or customer service experience. You have some credentials. We require a High School Diploma or equivalent. If required by state law, a real estate license may be required. You’re a great communicator. You easily manage relationships and build rapport with others. You have good presence when speaking to customers, investors, and residents alike. You are organized and also excel at administrative tasks. You’re energetic. You are a friendly go-getter who wants to help all of your customers find their perfect new home. You’re very tech savvy. You’d consider yourself an advanced user of all social media platforms, Microsoft Word and Outlook and learn new programs and processes easily. You’re flexible.
