Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers and Laborers for projects located in and around Pittsburgh, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Prepare foundation structures for concrete pours, ensuring correct alignment and elevation of edge formsSet forms to ensure proper pitch and depth; align forms using stakes, levels, and string linesReview form-work for compliance with project specifications, ensuring proper line and gradeConstruct beams, slabs, columns, and panels, readying them for concrete poursMold and shape forms using various materials (wood, metal, composite, plastic) for concreteFinish concrete surfaces by floating, troweling, and grooving to achieve required textureApply curing compounds and perform saw cutting to ensure concrete qualityUse hand tools and powered machinery to create smooth, uniform concrete finishesMaintain professionalism, monitor weather conditions, and meet production targets while adhering to safety procedures and project time-linesCut control joints with hand tools or power sawsMix, pour, and spread concrete accurately and efficientlyRequirements:
