Description Project Manager Construction: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish. • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. • Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost-tracking. • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to the president and vice president. • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. • Strong knowledge of concrete construction, metal buildings, and tenant improvements.
