ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed reports of tests conducted and results obtained.Proactively review plans to ensure materials and procedures will pass quality testing.Review project contract documents per established quality procedures.Arrange and facilitate pre-construction meetings and pre-install meetings with key personnel including owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other prime contractors.Ensure adherence to all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards.Establish project objectives and performance standards within corporate policy boundaries.Ensure plans and specifications are properly maintained and updated; coordinate with project superintendent for maintenance and updates of as-built drawings.Inspect work performed to ensure quality craftsmanship.Undertake all actions required to complete job closeout requirements.Essential SkillsExperience in commercial construction projects (preferred)Working knowledge in all construction disciplines, including civil and structural engineering (preferred)Associates degree or bachelors degree preferredIdeally 2+ years of construction experience Recruiter: Eisen Hardy - 'ehardy@actalentservices.com'Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
