The Content Developer: + Configures, administers, and manages all aspects of website/application tools. + Responsible for developing and providing content for multiple websites/tools and utilize it as a major source for information and decision making. + Responsible for managing/performing website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site. + Locates, negotiates, and pursues content. + Seeks out customers to gather feedback for website improvement and enhancements. + Requires experience in production management, web page design, HTML and web graphics types and standards. + Builds searches, reports, and dashboards. + Responsible for writing and developing customer scripts, reports and programs as need to identify and establish metrics. + Responsible for preparing architecture documentation and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. + Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. + Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. + Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. + Minimum of 5 years experience recommended. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
