None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented recruiting professional to serve as an in-house Contingent Labor Program Lead for a temporary assignment. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and managing contingent labor. The lead will oversee a small organization of contingent workers throughout their work assignments to ensure a positive employee experience.
The Lead will ensure seamless coordination between hiring managers and contingent workers that are deployed to work assignments throughout the RTX enterprise. This is a hybrid role where work will be performed both onsite in El Segundo, CA., and offsite.
This is a temporary assignment to provide staffing coverage during a leave of absence. The assignment is expected to last 6-9 months.
On a day-to-day basis, this person will act as a liaison between contingent workers and hiring managers doing the following:
What You Will Do
Source, screen, and promote qualified technical and non-technical candidates for contingent roles across multiple departments.Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and offer strategic recruitment support. Lead staffing inquiry and intake calls, providing expert guidance on the contingent labor program and related run rules.Oversee the entire employee lifecycle for the contingent workforce, from onboarding to offboarding. Deliver both regular and ad-hoc operational reports, offering insights into the effectiveness of the contingent labor program.Support employee relations efforts by assisting with performance concerns, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations, and other workplace matters.Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.Experience in Talent Acquisition or Contingent Labor programs Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsQualifications We Prefer

This is a temporary position of an undetermined length.
The hourly rate for this role is $43.27 to $87.50. The compensation range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
