Continuous Improvement Supervisor
What We Need: We are looking for a driven and thoughtful Customer Operations Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead initiatives that simplify and streamline the way we serve our customers. In this role, your primary focus will be on optimizing Order Automation, Quality Assurance, and Returns, while driving improvements to customer-facing processes. Your mission? Make us easier to work with. You'll help eliminate redundant steps, reduce delays, and ensure a smoother, more efficient experience for both our customers and our internal teams. By identifying friction points and implementing scalable solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our overall customer experience. What You'll Be Doing: + Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across Order Automation, Quality, and Returns to increase efficiency and reliability. + Proactively identify and eliminate unnecessary or duplicative tasks, with a strong focus on streamlining customer interactions. + Work cross-functionally to improve, document, and standardize customer-facing processes, making it easier for customers to do business with us. + Analyze customer feedback, operational data, and process performance to uncover areas of improvement and prioritize impactful changes. + Implement automation and digital solutions to accelerate order processing and reduce manual effort. + Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, IT, Logistics, Sales) to build a cohesive and responsive operations model. + Develop and maintain clear and consistent standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support quality and efficiency. + Champion a culture of customer-first thinking and operational excellence throughout the organization. #LI-EA1 What You Will Need To Be Successful: + Proven experience in Customer Operations, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles. + Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma); certification is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes. + Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience working with order management systems, CRM platforms, and process automation tools. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. + Passion for improving the customer experience by making things simpler, faster, and more efficient.
