Accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to assess current and future talent needs. Develop and implement creative recruiting solutions that support the team’s mission to deliver the highest quality results and top talent to the healthcare business it supports. Responsibilities:Partner with hiring manager to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies.Proactively source candidates through networking with employees, professional organizations, social media, and other channels. Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs. Assess candidate applications/resumes to ensure a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool. Conduct thorough salary analysis for candidates offers to ensure equity and compliance with applicable policies. Facilitate the onboarding process by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating employment terms. Serve as a resource for prospective candidates providing information on available position, status of application, or assistance in applying online. Manage confidential data, build, and improve current practices, share ideas, and take ownership. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.  Qualifications and Requirements: 3+ years of Healthcare Experience RequiredBachelor's Degree preferred or Four years of experience in lieu of educationAbility to take initiative with minimal direction Knowledge of social media and experience with LinkedIn/Indeed recruitment Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion Ability to adapt to a changing environment and use strong judgement to make sound decisionsKnowledgeable of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Benefits and Perks: Competitive pay rate of $34-$40/hr.Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options Temporary Contract opportunity with a chance to grow your skillset The building is located off Highway 290 surrounded by various restaurants to enjoy during breaks.Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities. In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $34 -$40/hr., not including benefits. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
