Description Robert Half is partnering with a healthcare administrator in the Greater Portland, OR Area to identify a Contracts Administrator who is ready to jump in to assist their team. In this role, you will handle various aspects of contract management, including claims processing, legal documentation, and administrative coordination. This position is contract, with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role. Location: Remote - Pacific Time Zone Pay Rate: $24-30 per hour DOE Duration: 3+ month contract, with a potential for contract-to-hire Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm Responsibilities: + Draft, review, and process legal documents, contracts, amendments, and related documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. + Manage initial claim handling, including logging details and preparing necessary paperwork for damage claims. + Maintain organized records of contracts, claims, correspondence, and settlements for easy reference. + Coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, and trial dates, including arranging travel and conference rooms. + Oversee financial transactions related to claims, such as issuing settlement checks and notifying relevant departments. Requirements + 2+ YOE in contracts administration or legal administration within the healthcare industry + Experience with claims processing, claim administration, and compliance auditing. + Familiarity with electronic health record systems and managing medical records is preferred.
