Kforce client is seeking a Controller to join their company. Excellent Salary and benefits. This position is scheduled as on-site 100%. Duties: * The Controller will prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards (GAAP, IFRS) * Month-end and year-end closing process * Budgeting and Forecasting - develop annual budgets, financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making * Internal controls - establishing and maintaining effective internal controls * Manage audit process, liaising with external auditors. * Overseeing cash flow management * Conduct financial analysis * Leading and managing the accounting and fiance team providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations * The Controller will collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with organization's business goals * Support and backup accounts payable and receivable teams when necessary
